Ultimate Staffing is hiring for an on site customer service role. You will be collecting orders from clients, processing them and ensuring that billing is correct. If you have experience as customer service and don't mind working in an office for a manufacturing company apply right away. This position will not be available long.

What will I be doing?
As a Customer Service Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer service landscape
Overseeing the efficient operation of various ERP systems
Developing strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, and increase profitability
Handling customer complaints or enquiries
Maintaining a deep knowledge of the products and services we offer
Working closely with other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer service
Qualifications
Prior experience in a customer facing role (1+ years)
Ability to anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience
Excellent time management skills and ability prioritize work efficiently
Written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Prior administrative experience
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented
