Currently, we are assisting Educational Testing Service recruit for Customer Service Representative positions in Ewing, New Jersey. These are six months positions with possible extensions, that will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable Call Center experience.

As a Customer Service Representative at Educational Testing Service, you will respond to routine customer inquiries via e-mail, phone, and chat using scripted modules with the ability to customize scripts as needed

Position: Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
Location: Ewing, NJ (must be commutable to Ewing, NJ)
Duration: 6 month + Contract (Very likely extensions)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.
*Expected to work at least one or two Saturdays each month*

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with parents, students, and institutions regarding registration and scoring processing.
  • Quickly and creatively solve problems by selecting the appropriate module to ensure consistent, quality service to the candidate.
  • Handle transaction or processing work including refunds, key entry, written correspondence and basic resolutions

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to multi-task and assess proper priorities when managing workloads
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters
  • Demonstrate high quality customer service interactions
  • Thorough knowledge of business English and grammar
