Role Overview
The primary duties of the Customer Service Representative include resolving discrepancies, assisting customers with setting up new accounts and scheduling service. In addition, the Customer Service Representative will also assist with clerical functions that will support our sales department.
What you will do
•Answer incoming calls from customers
•Resolve customer issues
•Support sales with administrative duties
•Scheduling pick-up routes
•Back up to accounts receivable
Candidate Profile
Skills & Qualifications
•Minimum of 1-3 years professional years of experience working in a similar role
•Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative
•Works equally well in a team and as an individual contributor
•Accuracy and attention to detail
•Excellent communication, problem solving, and time management skills
•Good work ethic
•High school diploma or associates degree preferred
