  • Serve as the face of Texas Capital Bank to clients, as part of a high-functioning team to provide teller assistance and exceptional customer service
  • Assist management with operational duties and responsibilities
  • Serve as backup to Financial Services Rep during peak and heavy traffic times
  • Effectively communicate with customers and make decisions within level of authority based on the best interest of the customer and bank
  • Act as liaison to various internal business partners
  • Abide by Texas Capital Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines
  • Understand bank products and services to offer needs-based solutions

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a minimum two years' experience in customer service preferred
  • Must be team oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability; ability and desire to solve problems
  • Cash handling experience preferred
  • Experience working in a branch and knowledge of banking products and services preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of risk processes and procedures preferred
  • Ability to adapt and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient knowledge of PC (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet)
  • Ability to lift 25+ pounds
  • High School diploma or GED required
