Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative III to perform various annuity and life processes. What You'll Do: In this role you will perform annuity cash transactions, process 1035 exchange and transfer of assets, and process partial and full surrenders. In addition, you will be assisting our call center team, assisting agents and client-members by answering questions related to annuities, life and retirement accounts. As a Customer Service Representative III, strong communication skills are a must as you will be speaking with agents and policyholders via phone and email to answer inquiries. In this role, you will be on the phones 40% of the day, while the remainder of the day will be spent processing.

 What It Takes to Join Our Team:

  • High School Diploma and 3 to 5 years of relevant annuities or life insurance experience OR Associates Degree
  • Previous annuity experience and Series 6 is preferred.
  • Must have good analytical and math skills.
  • Strong computer skills requires to enable you to learn our multiple systems quickly.
  • Strong verbal communication skills are required, as you will be communicating by phone with agents and client members.
  • Strong attention to detail is important, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize your daily responsibilities in order to meet the service needs of our customer.
