Job Title: Call Center Rep
Location: Tampa, FL or Columbus, OH
Duration: 6 Months
Assisting with accommodations team case work including managing email box, working cases in Answer Key, updating HCM, ordering furniture, corresponding with employees on their accommodation needs.
Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries. Records details about customer inquiries. Helps resolve complicated customer complaints. Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.
