The Business Process Centre of Excellence within the Transformation Organization is seeking a Data Analyst/ Agile program manager. This role reports to the Head of Agile Center of Excellence. This role works closely with the client leadership team to drive a program of education, community, and culture. The aim is to deliver on our 10-year plan; be agile, customer-centric, and ambitious with our strategy to advance, disrupt and transform with a culture of nimble agile thinking within client.The Data Analyst Agile program manager is a hands-on role. We are looking for a passionate certified Data Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. This is highly dynamic and exciting role at the center of critical efforts to continuously evolve the company - a trusted go to resource for CLIENTs leaders, who understands Agile and CLIENT community engagement, gets things done and works effectively across all levels of the organization. The specific responsibilities of the role are:* Listening to our stakeholder customers and regularly report on progress against goals, interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality, acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases, executing on deliverables, maintain metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve.* Establish a community of nimble agile proponents:* Create community and engagement. Maintain scorecards and gather feedback to continuously improve the community engagement program to meet both the goals of our program and of the members. Report regularly on progress.Education and Experience Required:* Bachelors or master's degree or equivalent.* Data Analyst certification or qualified experience in lieu of* Agile and program management qualifications (PMP, Scrum Master or similar)* 10 or more years of related work experience in Data Analysis/Project Management/AgileKnowledge and Skills:• Proven track record of SAFe implementations and cross company cultural development programs• Strong reporting skills with attention to detail, customer first, agile and lean thinking• High degree of flexibility and the ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment• Highly developed collaboration, conflict resolution, and relationship building skills • Proven ability to work with/influence across functions within the organization to achieve actionable results• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including group facilitation• Ability to apply good judgement, discretion and sensitivity when engaging core team members and stakeholders across the organization on programs• Working with business and project leaders to quickly secure their trust, so they see you as a business partner and problem solver• Solving problems quickly and effectively with solid business reasoning to execute daily with agile methodologies. • Open to feedback with a growth mindset to learn new things while working• Strong Networking skills and proven experience in cross-functional organizations.• Able to work independently with strategic vision, but also to be a full team playerOn a typical day, you might• Write project plans and execute to support initiatives• Work collaboratively with team members from other organizations to provide or create developing program around agile methodologies.• Identify ways of measuring impact and report those results. • Present ideas in a concise manner to large audiences.• Collaborate with the team to leverage our virtual community (SharePoint) for your programs.
