Projects the candidate will be working on:

• Part of development team to handle data analysis and table structuring, including report development.

Ideal Background:

• BI data and reporting expertise, healthcare knowledge a plus.

Team and Team size:

• Matrix team across several projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with business users to understand data requirements, identify data sources, provide data mapping and document data flow.
• Work with developers to design data model.
• Run SQL queries to analyze data.
• Build metadata model for reporting tool.
• Design and create report and dashboard using tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, charts.
• • Contribute to evaluation of new tools and technologies as needed

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience of data analysis and report development.
• Experience in using Netezza, SQL Server, Azure Synapse database.
• Experience in writing SQL and TSQL.
• Experience in query tuning.
• Experience in creating dashboards using PowerBI.
• Knowledge in database design and data modeling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of Agile development.
• Experience of PBM and Healthcare business operation is a plus.
