Location: REMOTE
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Data Analyst
W2 Only

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Location: REMOTE, open to nationwide candidates must work EST hours
• Hours: 8-5 EST
• Facilitate accuracy and oversight by acting as the subject matter expert for reference data in the MDM framework and Core Conversion
• Assist in the expansion of the Master Data Management (MDM) system, including design, automation, testing, and maintenance of reference data domains
• Assist in establishing and enhancing processes for reference data
• Partner with Data Governance team to build optimal MDM routines & workflows for reference data as needed
• Coordinate and communicate with operational departments to maintain standards for reference data as well as identify and correct reference data issues
• Create/Update documentation for future reference, training, and support purposes.
• Collaborate closely with team to implement requirements.
• Work closely with team to ensure clear and concise status on open issues.
• Effectively escalate to management any issues with appropriate level of risk assessment, impact analysis and mitigation options

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have Master Data Management (MDM) system expertise and financial services background
• Candidates with Bachelors degree preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required.
• Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or else extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration
• 2-4 years professional experience in Master Data Management and/or Reference Data
• A strong understanding of Microsoft Office Tools, Jira, Confluence
• Experience in SAFe Agile is a plus
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-motivated, with a desire to always deliver a quality service
• Excellent facilitation skills and ability to navigate ambiguity to drive productivity
• Outstanding team player, highly versatile, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and manage one's own time
• Experience in Financial Services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Metric and results oriented
