BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst - II for a remote opportunity in the United States!
Position Title: Data Analyst 2
Location: Remote / Pacific Hours
Anticipated Start Date: 05/01/2024.
Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.
Expected Duration: 6 Months.
Job Type: Contract/Remote.
Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Candidate Requirements
- Years of Experience Required: 2-3 overall years of experience in the field.
- Degrees or certifications required: n/a degree is required to be eligible for this role.
- Disqualifiers: Candidates with No Power BI Experience will not be eligible for the role.
- Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain:
- Experience in working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Experience developing automated solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and
- SharePoint
- Experience owning or supporting Human Resources, People Analytics, Learning,
- Leadership Development relationships and/or programs
- Experience with SuccessFactors (SAP), learning management system (LMS) data and reporting are a plus.
- Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and timeline.
The role will consist of: Developing power BI solutions and data models using various data sources and DAX power query. Working with program owners, dashboard users, and third-party suppliers to gather requirements, provide coaching and consulting, and address feedback, break fixes, and enhancement requests. Engaging with the GD and I data lead and other key stakeholders to support the learning solutions and development programs related to diversity and inclusion.
