We currently have a Data Scientistopening, this position will be a home hybrid role. You will be expected to be in the office 2 - 3 days per week and will need to be within a reasonable driving distance to Madison, WI or Cedar Rapids, IA.
In this position you will be accountable for modeling complex problems, discovering actionable insights and identifying opportunities hidden in vast amounts of data through use of statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques to enable better decision making. You will beresponsible for integrating and preparing large, varied datasets, architecting specialized databases and clearly communicating results.

Job Qualifications
Required Experience

• 6 years of direct experience in a related field (statistics, performance management, analytics, research)
• Experience working with Hadoop or other big data platforms

Preferred Experience

• Bachelors degree with an emphasis in math, statistics, analytics, operations research, computer science, or related area
• Master\u0027s Degree
• 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist
• Demonstrated Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Proficiency in Visualization Tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
• Demonstrated knowledge with pattern recognition, machine learning, predictive modeling, and descriptive inferential statistics preferred.
• Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
• Works in a diverse and inclusive environment.
