Our Demand Generation Manager will be the company's go-to expert for creating an incredible experience for our leads, prospects, and customers. You'll manage both inbound and outbound marketing programs.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Create and manage the inbound and outbound marketing experience for leads and new customer acquisition; Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates throughout the sales funnel; Delegate leads to sales and coach sales on best practices for follow-up

  • Lead the execution of end-to-end marketing programs designed to create and influence pipeline. Including but not limited to, email automation, ABM, paid advertising, social media, etc.

  • Coach sales team and leadership on lead management best practices to promote pipeline growth

  • Leverage Salesforce and Pardot to track, test, measure and analyze campaign results / program success, report metrics and recommend improvements

  • Continually analyze engagement metrics and conversion points throughout the funnel to optimize campaign performance

  • Develop content (in partnership with design, web development, and marketing team) to support demand generation including but not limited to: ads, emails, blogs, webinars, landing pages, social media, SEO, graphic assets, and landing pages.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure campaigns are aligned to targeted personas and defined value propositions

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with sales and sales support teams.

  • Maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in demand generation, data management and lead management


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience

  • 3-4+ years B2B marketing experience (B2C experience a plus)

  • Deep experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, Pardot and Salesforce strongly preferred

  • Deep experience with B2B campaign tactics such as digital marketing, marketing automation, ABM, and lead nurture programs.

  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of internal teams and external partners

  • Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and hit deadlines

  • Must have in-depth experience managing digital campaigns across a wide range of channels including search, display, video, social, etc.

  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects at once

  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
