BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Desktop Technician for an opportunity in Collegeville, PA

Position Title: Desktop Technician

Location: Collegeville, PA
Anticipated Start Date: 04/15/2024.

Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

Expected Duration: B Months Contract with Strong Possibility of Extension.

Job Type: [Contract (40 hours weekly)], [On-Site]
Pay Range: $20/hr - $22/hr

Requirements:

• Desktop/ IT Support

Job Description:

• This is in a IT Depot site which requires the ability to setup, configure and ship IT equipment, including Laptops, iPads and iPhones.
• Quality checks operational status of system equipment before deployment.
• Some Resolving customer issues in the areas of hardware installation, repair, upgrade, and maintenance.
• Ensures issues are referred to the appropriate personnel/service areas for follow up, testing and troubleshooting.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ of field support experience
• Hardware/software installation, support and troubleshooting
• Experience with Windows 10
• Experience with MS Office and OS365
• Configuring new PCs/notebooks via SCCM imaging
• Ticket management experience
• iOS device familiarity
• Lift and carry up to 40lbs
