RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Developer in Chesterfield, MO.Summary:The client is looking for a Developer with core technical skillsets to be utility players across transformative technology projects and platforms. This role will be a key enabler to unlocking business value and transformation across our business landscape, providing a strategic advantage for our teams. You won't just be handed requirements and tasks to complete - as a Developer you will be challenged to understand opportunities in our business and collaboratively build a solution to solve the problem.Responsibilities:- Developer will leverage strategic platforms to design, develop, test, and deploy technical solutions
- Work closely with other developers, project managers, stakeholders to implement projects from inception to completion
- Help gather and define requirements
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and do root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences
- Analyze technologies and business processes and make recommendations for improvement
- As a Developer, you will document technology and processes
- Create and follow development best practices
- Assist with training and change management
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience
- Azure, databases, reporting and BI and analytics skills; Data engineering skillset
- Experience with multiple platforms
- SQL skills
- Problem solver and eager to learn new tech
- Strong communication skills
- Someone who can help design a solution and build to fruition
- Eager to learn new tech
- Understand business and bigger picture; How can we solve issues - need someone who can do this as well as tech side
- Power BI is a plus but needs to have backend database experience (backend database is more important than Power BI)
- RPA, UI Path experience, process automation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
