Create, maintain and upload new content; editing, reformatting and adaptation of material obtained from internal and/or external resources for use on designated internal web sites. Perform editorial tasks and data maintenance. Statistical and reporting tasks related to site usage for the content and community areas. Moderate/monitor community area for insight into site user needs. Manage all daily site operations and content management tasks. Act as the primary point of contact for all site related issues. Collaborate with marketing, sales and the market planning teams to create and maintain site content. Ensure that linkages, overlap and inconsistencies between content elements are identified and managed.
This position can be remote in the United States or (hybrid) office-based.
Work with content management system or customer and sales education systems and tools for the creation and maintenance of web pages. Create new compelling web content that conforms to RELX and LexisNexis style guidelines. Reformat and adaptation of material obtained from internal and/or external resources. Regularly review content for out-of-date material and making changes where appropriate or recommending updates. Proof-read content before releasing it to production. Generate statistical reports related to content as required. Contribute to maintenance and development of documentation on content processes, style and conventions. Generate ideas for content and look for all designated internal web sites or customer and sales education systems and tools. Liaising with LexisNexis subject matter owners regarding content that can be adapted for use
Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years experience.
Ability to work effectively with team members and other diverse groups within the organization. Ability to communicate effectively by demonstrating effective grammar and spelling skills. Ability to demonstrate effective reading comprehension skills. Demonstrate ability to focus; demonstrate attention to detail. Must prioritize and manage workload efficiently with minimal direction. Ability to adapt and accept change. Microsoft Office Skills required. Strong background in Microsoft Sharepoint required, Content management or web editing experience with skills and experience of Content Management Systems (CMS), HTML, web writing, SEO, content usability and accessibility knowledge of LN RISK Solutions sales teams, customers and solutions desirable. Demonstrate ability to evaluate and resolve basic data issues, demonstrate analytical skills. Editorial or journalism background useful.
