Summary:

The Digital Automation Strategist HR maintains and supports the technology needed for the effective implementation of the Digital Associate Experience Team strategy. Partners with stakeholders across Human Resource operational verticals to deliver a world-class digital experience. Provide quality solutions and services within the Digital Associate Experience Team across the entire system. Deliver training on technology and tools related to a world-class digital experience.

• Owns the overall strategy and standards for automation by partnering with Product Management, Analytics, and Associate Experience teams to ensure automation initiatives are appropriately sequenced and connected across the Digital HR roadmap
• Shape, create, and maintain an advanced automation solution portfolio that uses Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technology to improve outcomes
• Develops enterprise framework to identify necessary knowledge and skills required within different business units
• Establishes governance process to ensure automation processes are controlled and structured
• Manages architectural decisions and implementations across Associate experience initiatives
• Provides technical expertise and guidance to the internal customers and engineering team to ensure timelines are being met
• Defines best practices, standards, and metrics in relation to Automation
• Explores and identifies automation opportunities and supports in defining use cases, developing and deploying intelligent automation solutions using AI (ML, RPA etc.)
• Partners within and outside of Digital HR to identify and address automation opportunities moments-that-matter, processes, and platforms to optimize the digital experience
• Drives solution design by interpreting functional requirements and identifying appropriate automation solutions to meet both business and technical needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Master's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in the same or related field of study
• Experience documenting context diagrams, flow charts, or system-related architectures
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML)/Robotic Process Automation (RPA) algorithms
• Experience with supporting/managing projects/programs
• Experience with automation frameworks and methodology
• Experience with communicating confidently and professionally with all levels of the organization and to non-technical audiences
• Experience with working through and delivering outcomes based on project plans and milestones
• Experience with working in a highly iterative and agile environment
• Familiar with technical systems such as Infor, ServiceNow, Genesis Learning
• Experience in data management, automation processes, and software
• Familiar with IT fundamentals and skills
• Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodology for testing and logging results in tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Experience creating and executing automation test scripts, user acceptance testing (UAT), etc.
• Experience working with languages such as Java, .NET, or Python
• Experience working with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, UFT, etc.
