RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Philadelphia, PA that is seeking a Digital Content Editor.Summary:The Digital Content Editor, Point of Care works with the Point of Care Editorial Team to copyedit Clinical Overviews and coordinate style alignment for Point of Care content. They are responsible for ensuring the editorial integrity of the Clinical Overviews and related content, including editorial policies and style guides, and managing content formats and specifications.Responsibilities:

• The Digital Content Editor will copyedit content to ensure compliance with editorial policies and style guidelines
• Review content for organization and clarity and provide feedback as necessary to authors, Medical Editors, and Editor-in-Chief
• Assure quality content and meet content delivery deadlines as set by editorial team
• Maintain content of style guide, templates, and editorial policies
• As a Digital Content Editor, you will propose enhancements of existing development processes to continuously improve content quality and timeliness and to meet customer needs
• Other duties or tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 5 years of editorial experience and 3 years of copyediting experience in medical publishing
• Excellent communication, management, organizational, and editorial skills, with ability to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of and experience in communication with clinicians/health care professionals
