Our client, a well-established consulting firm, is seeking a Digital Lead Recruiter to join their New York Team. In this role your responsibilities will include managing full lifecycle recruiting, building a pipeline of qualified candidates in collaboration with Talent Sourcers, screening and scheduling interviews, and partnering with the hiring teams to assess staffing needs and the hiring process. Other day to day tasks include ensuring DEI strategies are incorporated throughout all aspects of the hiring process, creating and sharing data driven reports and updates with key stakeholders, and partnering with internal teams to maintain applicant tracking information. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for roles across all levels, excellent relationship building and communication skills, strong prioritization and multitasking skills, knowledge of building and implementing best practices, experience in a fast paced and collaborative environment, and a proactive work ethic. Requirements:

• 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
• 4+ years of technical recruiting, preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive work ethic and ability to work collaboratively
• Exceptional project management skills
