We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team! The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of marketing strategies for NewLane’ s three business channels (Vendor, End User & Broker). This role requires a working understanding of HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform and works closely with business channel and technology leaders in the development of user journeys to drive sales.

The position oversees activities of Marketing Technology Specialist, Designer and Content Writer to plan, deploy, evaluate, and optimize campaigns and the user experience. This position requires a strong understanding of content strategy and should have experience in developing and evaluating effective content. Key measurements for success include prospect conversion, account growth, and revenue generation.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute the marketing roadmap for NewLane Finance’s three business channels (Vendor, End User & Broker) that focuses on lead conversion and account development to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Plan and execute digital, channel-specific campaigns to develop user journeys and personas in conjunction with the Marketing Technologist.
  • Optimize campaigns and leverage data across multiple platforms, striving to improve lead conversion (marketing qualified leads) and Vendor/Customer acquisition and retention.
  • Implement A/B testing and continually measure performance of conversion assets.
  • Provide feedback on efficacy of campaigns and journeys, including summary-level reporting and user-level reports.
  • Assist NewLane Finance Leadership in prioritizing strategic channel opportunities and align to strategic and quarterly business goals.
  • Ensure all channel marketing communication and content aligns with NewLane Finance primary brand strategy.
  • Own, develop, and execute secondary branding across NewLane’ s Vendor, End User, and Broker channels.
  • Manage internal and external content resources, such as Content Writer and Co-ops.
  • Develop and execute a successful content marketing strategy utilizing SEO best practices.
  • Own and manage NewLane’s blog, social media, and email marketing strategy to drive conversion utilizing analytics for review and optimization.
  • Conduct content audits and own the quality assurance and editorial integrity of all company touchpoints.
  • Work with channel leadership to develop print/digital sales & marketing collateral, video/podcast/webinars, whitepapers, and case studies for external customer use.
  • Work with channel leadership to stay current on market trends, industry standards, and competitive offerings.
    Assist sales teams with Vendor presentations to provide deeper perspective on NewLane offerings, value proposition, and differentiators.
  • Work with Vendors/Customers to create testimonials and case studies.
  • Implement Vendor/Customer/Broker surveys to solicit input and utilizing feedback to identify opportunities to enhance NewLane’s offering and user experience.
  • Manage channel marketing budgets.

A successful candidate will possess:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5+ years' working in a marketing automation environment, with a strong understanding of customer segmentation and campaign development (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
  • 5+ years of total marketing experience; Financial Services or Equipment Finance experience preferred.
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify opportunities.
  • Organizational skills, adaptability, flexibility, and ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energized by trying new approaches and able to work well under pressure.
  • Self-starter with superb project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking, prioritization, organizational, and project planning skills.
  • Comfortable with marketing analytics and utilizing data to drive decisions.
  • Working understanding of Google Analytics
