It's time to do more than just manage a kitchen! We're looking for a leader who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. Being a Dining Services Manager allows you the unique opportunity to not just manage the kitchen but also continue what you love to do, cooking fabulous meals for our residents!

What does a Dining Services Manager do for Bonaventure? This is a department head position within our dining services department. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and dining rooms
• Oversight of the entire dining services team
• Completing food and smallware inventory and ordering on a weekly/monthly basis
• Ensuring that the dining services department consistently operates within the regulations of the state
• Ensuring residents receive delicious meals in a kind, prompt and courteous manner
• Create and maintain the schedule for the dining services team
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
• Covering shifts as needed (please note this is an on-call position as we work in a health care setting)
