We are seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team at our residential program in Northeast Philadelphia, Pa 19115

Our ideal Direct Support Professional candidate will have a strong desire to enhance the lives of individuals that live in a medical based facility and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. By following the Individual Support Plan while working on social and communication skills; enhance independence by assisting with daily hygiene and personal care. Foster a true sense of pride in your individual, by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as assisting with Activities of Daily Living (personal hygiene support), housekeeping and laundry.

• A high school diploma or GED is required

• Related experience is helpful

• Possess good verbal and written communication skills
