Job Responsibilities:

EVENTING

  • Support program strategy development and execution
  • Provide strong connections in eventing production space
  • Work closely with partner agencies and key external partners
  • Liaise with markets to secure participation and support for activation
  • Lead reporting of results internally and externally
TALENT
  • Support talent strategy with new names / faces to watch
  • Support product and content development with global spokesmodels
  • Lead development of talent engagement (i.e., mailers and gifting) in partnership with partner agency
CSR
  • Support Maybelline cause global expansion
    • Support local market launches
    • Develop toolkit(s) for MNY cause program working with non-profit and agency partners
    • Monthly meetings with markets and zone teams to manage execution and approvals
    • Centralize reporting on the social impact of the program (# of beneficiaries), aggregating information from all the countries
    • Put together a robust benchmark on all brands working on the topic and monitor actions of competitors working on cause effort
  • Project manage rollout of Maybelline sustainability efforts:
    • Support development of consumer communications plan
    • Liaise with Social/Digital team to create dynamic, relevant assets for local market activations
PARTNERSHIPS
  • Support development of partnership strategy across brand priorities inclusive of product and/or program specific
  • Support execution of partnerships and project manage key partners internally and externally
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have around 7-10 years of experience in brand communications, PR
  • Experience in consumer package goods or beauty industry experience is preferred
  • Experience in eventing is preferred
  • Well-connected within beauty and fashion industry is preferred
  • PC Proficiency (Microsoft Suite)

  • Quantitative data analysis skills
  • Prioritization & Organization Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills (written and oral)
