Want to use your leadership and financial skills to help the company deliver on their key strategic goals and initiatives to enable acceleration of Walmart US growth? The Director role is a thought-leadership role that requires strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities to drive sizable, complex, cross functional results.

You will be partnering with leadership groups across Operations, Transformation, Merchandise, Supply Chain, and eCommerce, being a thought leader on high visibility and high impact projects. Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations Finance and Strategy, you'll lead the business support for a key part of our E2E transformational journey.

You'll make an impact by:

Enable Strategic Initiatives - Thought leadership & support for cross-functional initiatives - facilitating collaboration/alignment to deliver E2E transformation.

Delivering Business Planning - Chart path to exceed plan expectations - driving accountability / overperformance, stair-stepping path to strategic objectives & long-range planning.

Developing Actionable Insights - Structured approach to solving business problems, identifying geographic opportunities, assessing upside potential, and taking actions.

Advising Leadership - Business Partnership - Supporting priorities, top-of-mind, helping connect the dots and providing a forward-looking lens for the business.

Communications and Presentations - Set an example in delivering excellence, preparing presentations, other supporting materials for recommendations and presenting at all levels

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area
  • MBA highly prefered
  • 3+ years' experience in Business Management experience
  • 1+ years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
  • 1+ years of senior leadership decision support and influencing experience
  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency
  • Comfort with ambiguity

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years' experience

2 years' supervisory experience.
2 years' experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
