The Small Business Group contributes directly to this mission by connecting every small business in the world with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger, and then helping them grow through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and more. The Small Business Group at Facebook is one of two sales channels responsible for Facebook's multi-billion dollar advertising business. Our Small Business Group helps more than 99% of Facebook's 10 million plus advertisers and 200 million businesses on our platform find success. The Media Community Development team ​contributes directly to Meta's mission by connecting media publishers, creators, and community partners with their audiences at scale, helping them meet their objectives through solutions like Watch, Pages, Videos, Live and In Stream Ads. We succeed when we help our partners grow their content business. This leader will oversee our efforts to drive partner outcomes for this large scale of our smaller media and community partners. Your responsibilities will include building the right go to market foundations and capabilities to support these partners at scale through programs, channels and support models. In addition, you will partner closely with business product marketing and media partnerships groups to develop holistic journeys and needs to meet these partners' monetization needs. Leadership in this role requires entrepreneurialism, strong customer centricity, building and scaling go to market programs and services with scaled channels, and cross functional leadership. You will also be a key member of the Small Business Group leadership team, impacting the overall direction of Small Business efforts globally at Facebook. Ideal candidates will have experience building and managing large, high-scaled vendor and marketing teams, driving customer lifecycle programs, using both free & paid channels, overseeing complex operations, recognizing patterns of success (and failure) quickly, and working cross-functionally, especially with product marketing teams. Success in this position requires leadership, an ability to engage and influence at a executive level, a passion for helping our partners grow their content businesses, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Experience in leading teams locally that execute globally and influencing at VP and C-staff levels both internally and externally. Ensuring the growth, development and performance of the team is a key outcome and ability to lead teams across goals that are closely interlocked with other stakeholder teams.

<ul><li>Accountable for KPIs including increasing number of partners we engage and develop, and increasing delivery of outcomes for those partners</li><li>Lead and manage organization responsible for developing end-to-end scaled go to market programs and leveraging data driven experimentation</li><li>Build strong working relationships with executives and C-staff across Facebook teams (e.g. product, engineering, sales, partnerships, business development, marketing, human resources sales planning/operations and finance)</li><li>Influence the goals and priorities of various internal stakeholders whose mission aligns with that of our Small Business Group</li><li>Serve as a contributor to global, cross-org initiatives</li><li>People leadership responsibilities including developing managers and individual contributors, recruiting, training, development</li><li>Key member of the Small Business Group leadership team</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree</li><li>15+ years experience in business and product leadership roles</li><li>8+ years experience building and leading teams, including the development of Managers</li><li>Proven track record in making business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, and innovating and scaling solutions</li><li>Experience in a data-driven environment</li><li>Proven leadership experience being organized and influencing and communicating direction</li><li>Experience engaging at an executive level internally with cross-functional groups and externally</li></ul>
