GameStop is seeking a Finance Director to join our Category Finance team. The role can be based in any of our corporate hubs (Seattle, Fort Lauderdale/Miami, or Dallas). This is a leadership position where you will partner with business leaders on the product category teams to drive performance in their specific areas. You will play a critical role in developing and refining the strategy for the business as GameStop completes a rapid transformation. You will develop business performance reporting and analytics, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide decision support for your partners. This role will report directly to the VP of Category Finance.

What You'll Do:

* Partner business team to develop business plans and revenue and margin forecasts

* Develop and implement reporting and analytics capabilities for the business

* Conduct ad-hoc analyses and financial modeling to drive decision-making

* Manage and track financial performance against plan

* Identify and quantify risk or upside and provide solutions

What You'll Need:

* Bachelor's degree and 8+ years related experience

* Advanced analytical skills and the ability to drill down to the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture

* Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidly changing operating conditions while still delivering to expectations

* Results-oriented mentality, highly energetic, dynamic individual with hands-on mentality

* Entrepreneurial mindset - ability to operate and drive results as a self-starter

* Strong Communication skills - ability to distill and convey complex information messages clearly and succinctly

What's Nice to Have:

* Industry experience with consumer-goods/retail/ecomm organizations a plus

* Prior experience working with large datasets and/or SQL
