What You Need for this Position 5+ years of experience in:
-LIHTC/Section 8/HUD in GEORGIA
-Have closed 3+ LIHTC deals in the last 3-5 years
-Site Identification, financing, tax credit processing, entitlements, policy, politics etc.
-Real Estate Development
-Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred


--MUST have EXTENSIVE Georgia LIHTC experience--
