We are looking for a talented and visionary Director of Product Management to lead our product management team and shape the future of our product portfolio.

Position Overview

The Product Director will play a pivotal leadership role in defining the strategy, development, and execution of Axia Technology Partners' product lines. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of both technology and business strategy to produce products that meet market needs and can scale profitably.

Key Product Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from conception, development, launch to post-launch analysis.
  • Define and implement product strategy and roadmap, aligned with the company's vision and goals.
  • Evaluate competitive offerings and develop strategies for differentiation.
  • Conduct market research and identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Establish targeted customer and industry partnership networks.
  • Develop customer facing marketing products and branding strategies.
  • Own market pricing and P&L for each product category.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Axia Technology Partners products and services in the market and our value add.
  • Determine and create strategic partnerships to grow market share.

Key Collaboration Responsibilities
  • Participate in the leadership team in determining and executing the strategic direction of the company.
  • Participate and present in executive board meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver market-leading products.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead a team of Product Managers and guide their professional growth and skills development.
  • Engage with business partner leaders and their teams to ensure a deep understanding of and alignment with their strategies, goals, and

Key Budget and Finance Responsibilities
  • Oversee budgeting, planning, and KPI metrics for the product department.
  • Forecast and Control vendor and product cost.
  • Understand, maintain, and improve service delivery cost.

  • 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Experience within a larger technology company with multiple product lines.
  • Experience within an organization with sales in B2B, Government, Amazon and Ecommerce.
  • Experience in Channel Sales and Market development.
  • Experience in Channel Product Purchasing and Sourcing.
  • Experience in the export and import of technology products.
  • Experience in product sourcing for government and military lines of business.
  • Previous background in B2B marketing, preferably with experience in either computer accessories/ technologies, early-stage startups, or with exposure to small business audiences.
  • Previous background in computer and technologies that have shifted from niche markets to commodity-based markets.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Product Road Map Management Software.
  • Advanced knowledge of consumer behavior sciences and marketing strategies.
  • Strong experience working with product teams to define strategy.
  • Demonstrable experience in product marketing and innovation.
  • Exceptional ability to increase competitiveness and market share.
  • Ability to develop strong customer relations and feedback channels.
  • Advanced competency in researching market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to identify strategic industry partnership and build effective networks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
