The Director, Sales Retail & E-commerce leads the Mass and E-Commerce sales channel(s). Specifically, this position focuses on the management and development of the entire Mass/ECommerce sales group. This role collaborates closely with the Division Head along with other senior group members to develop, implement and execute channel strategies, product launches, and marketing plan execution. Additional critical focus areas for this position include but are not limited to: Business Insights & Analytics, Sales Strategy and Planning, Forecasting, Channel/Partner Management at a national level, Growth and Maintenance of relationships with distribution partners. This position also maintains consistent communication with Division Head, Senior Director of Marketing, HAD/TN
Operations, Finance, Shared Services and Supply Chain Management to sustain proper account maintenance and forecast needs.
