About the Role

The Software Ecosystem Director within Arm's Infrastructure group advances Arm's software leadership in the industry. In this role, you will lead our software ecosystem engagement strategy working closely with our cloud providers and ISV partners to build and implement our software enablement and GTM strategies. Arm's success is built on its vast ecosystem of partners and this role plays a significant role in driving software adoption on Arm Neoverse platforms.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead software ecosystem engagements with Tier-1 cloud providers bringing Arm Neoverse based platforms to market and collaborate on joint software ecosystem enablement & GTM initiatives
• Build and grow new cloud native ISV partnerships to enable software designs as key drivers for growth for the Arm architecture in cloud and edge segments
• Engage and evangelize with Open source software communities and consortia to shape current and future software development efforts on Arm
• Be a liaison with internal teams and provide customer and partner ecosystem input into solutions, software R&D and marketing roadmaps
• Craft existing software ecosystem programs and build next set of programs and strategies to drive future growth in the ecosystem
• Elevate our go-to-market plans, customer facing presentations and positioning
• Represent Arm as an industry leader with vision at events and conferences

Critical Success Factors

• BS required with MS/MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience working at or with cloud providers/software companies/standards communities
• Experience with Developer tools, microservices and cloud workloads in general a plus
• Consistent record of driving complex partnership engagements with solutions and GTM oriented attitude
• Ability to work with a cross-functional team with a problem solving and critical thinking approach to achieve desired business outcomes
• High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and drive to initiate multiple workstreams at once

Required Skills

• Experience interfacing at all levels of business - technical teams, business decision makers and executives
• Strong technical knowledge of cloud native software - both open source and commercial
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Outstanding presentation skills - crafting content, delivering executive presentations and webinars and conference sessions
