Overview

American Residential Services of Vero Beach, servicing the greater Space and Treasure Coast areas for over 40 years, is part of the largest heating, ventilation, and air conditioning company with 70+ locations nation-wide. We provide our residential customers with exceptional service, guaranteed.

This position is based out of our Vero Branch at 2800 US-1, Vero Beach, FL 32960.

Pay: $16-17/hr, depending on experience

Schedule: M-F 10 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities

The individual we select will be able to successfully make 50+ outbound calls a day to schedule our customers' service appointments, answer customer queries, and dispatch.

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed and Grow with the Pros

Required Credentials:

• Telemarketing and/or phone sales experience
• One or more years of experience as a dispatcher.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone while directing technicians by radio and tracking devices.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments.
• Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals.
• Experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education.
• Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of the local geographic territory.
• Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends.

Preferred Credentials:

• Experience in the area of customer service and/or a related service line.
