About this opportunity:
This position will lead a team of contract personnel in the management of technical drawings and document information and controls for the site. The document controls analyst must be able to efficiently allocate resources to meet strict deadlines and be able to pitch in and fill holes where needed in the preparation of documents and the administration of the Toledo Refinery SharePoint sites. In addition, the analyst should serve as the contact point for all information retention at the refinery.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of contract personnel to manage controlled documents and technical drawings. Must be able to allocate resources and prioritize work to meet project deadlines.
  • Draft and maintain site standards/practices regarding the preparation and retention of technical information and documents
  • Advise refinery personnel on information storage and retention for new and on-going projects.
  • Lead outreach effort across the refinery to consolidate information and bring under the advisement of document controls standards
  • Continuously improve document control work processes and implement new technology to improve efficiency.
  • Review and keep up to date on current trends and products in document controls and information retention
  • Contribute to MS SharePoint administration for the Toledo site.
Qualifications :
  • Minimum of a high school diploma required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in document control or equivalent, proficient in MS office products
  • 5 years relevant experience; prior leadership experience; Microsoft SharePoint management
