Full Time Document Imaging Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

The Document Imaging Clerk is responsible for completing Key From Image (KFI) pulls, sorting Marketing Lead Cards for potential new customers, and prepping new applications & claims for scanning. The incumbent will index and update necessary keywords for various document types including claims, Customer Service correspondence, and Legal documents into the Onbase Client application. This position will also prep documents and serve as a backup for scanning claims into Onbase workflow queues.

• Complete KFI pulls for documents needing to be rescanned due to low quality image
• Prep Lead Cards, New Business applications, claims and other documents to be scanned into Onbase document repository system
• Index appropriate keywords for Lead Cards, Customer Service Correspondence, and Legal Documents
• Index appropriate keywords for Medicare claims and supplemental claim documents
• Provide backup support to Scanning Clerks
• Maintain high degree of quality control and validation of completed work
• Meet and/or exceed established standards for productivity and quality
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
