This role would be all about Dropbox, so lots of expertise on the platform and best business practices for Dropbox configuration and usage is a must. We have already migrated data out of the platform, we do not need any assistance with the migration itself, just cleanup. Generally speaking here's what we are looking for:
1. Be able to perform a scan of our Dropbox environment and help us identify and remove empty folders
2. Be able to identify old and outdated permissions and help us clean them up
3. Help us work with our teams that are still using Dropbox to build out a Team folder structure that makes sense, and how to migrate data into those folders in a supportable and scalable way
4. Help us implement new security configurations that align with our Corporate Security desired posture, and advise us of all of the nuances of these configurations (things like... how long they take to take effect, how they impact files that are already shared, etc.)
5. In essence, set us up for success so that we can manage it moving forward without us having to do all of the heavy lifting to get the configuration done
