Directs and oversees the overall clinical, business operations and fiscal management of a large, complex clinical practice or practices (disease site/DSST); organizes, administers, coordinates, and manages the activities and programs of the various components of the practice. Actively works with Disease Site and other leaders to strategize and plan for future growth and leads implementation of the approved plans to achieve intended goals.

Required Education and Experience

1. Master's degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in business or healthcare administration including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity; or
2. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time experience in business or healthcare administration including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have their Masters degree, prior practice administration experience with either clinical operations or department administration experience. They will also have excellent critical thinking skills, analytical skills, excellent strategic thinking and the shown ability for project implementation and positive outcomes. They will also have proved excellent people management skills and experience working with cross functional clinical teams.
