Lasko Products, an industry leader in designing and manufacturing portable fans and heaters for over 100 years, is seeking a eCommerce Replenishment & Supply Chain Manager that will support one of our largest clients, Walmart. This position will be based in Bentonville, AR.

The eCommerce Replenishment & Supply Chain Manager will oversee the replenishment of Walmart.com business across all Lasko Brands Fans, Heater, and all other air movement categories in the US and Mexico.

This position will collaborate with Sales, Business Unit, Internal Operations teams, and is a key collaboration contact with Walmart and Sam’s Club teams.

In addition, this position utilizes numerous data sources to support internal and external demands – including sales, assortment, distribution, trend, and consumer analysis – to improve the category’s overall performance.

This role is not a sales position- and you must be commutable to Bentonville, AR.

This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Replenishment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help meet seasonal replenishment .com plan while communicating strategy
• Work with sales managers to execute seasonal plan for all Walmart and Sam’s Club .com in the US and Mexico.
• Regular communication with customers to develop and manage seasonal strategy action plan
• Participate in Demand Planning conversations and manage Forecasting for seasonal business
• Work closely with Business Unit teams to launch new product lines seasonally
• Partner with Operations to manage and optimize production and inventory to maximize sales opportunities, including participation in SIOP meetings
• Utilize customer replenishment systems to manage inventory for Walmart and Sam’s Club.com
• Collaborate with logistics to execute supply chain excellence; OTIF subject matter expert
• Build and manage Retail Link reporting and analysis
• Identify additional reporting and data analysis requirements; implement via BI tools
• Leverage existing and new data sources to support sales and product teams
• Other sales team projects, as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years in at least one of the following: E.com Replenishment/, Category Management, Supply Chain, Analytics, or Insights
• Walmart team experience required; Sam’s Club experience preferred
• Retail Link, GRS, Item 360, Madrid 2.0 (IRI), Sam’s Club IDM, Supplier Quote experience
• OTIF, Demand Planning, Supply Chain experience
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel
• Report Writing experience with BI tools
• Team player with a positive attitude and customer-first focus
• Ability to clearly communicate information, both internally and to external customers
• Self-motivation, sense of urgency, attention to detail
• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Minimal travel may be required.
