Beacon Hill Legal is partnered with an AmLaw 100 firm seeking an EBEC Attorney for any of its Texas offices (Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio). The role requires 5+ years of experience advising on tax-qualified retirement plans and drafting 409A and 280G compliance in M&A/corporate transactional deals. Familiarity with the SEC's Executive Compensation Disclosure Rules is also key.

A portable BOB is not required, but could be a plus depending on seniority level. Excellent academics and Texas license required. Top comp and benefits.
