Summit Funding Group, Inc. is one of the largest national commercial Leasing and Financing companies in the United States. We are headquartered in Mason, Ohio and are seeking an End of Lease Portfolio Manager to manage the assets and lease requirements associated with the off-lease portfolio. The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry's best practice processes.

Essential duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze the financial performance of individual Lessees within the portfolio.
• Analyze asset detail and work with the Accounting team to maintain consistency with purchased lease schedules.
• Work with Accounting to ensure end of term profits are dispersed appropriately.
• Allocate funds for accounting on incoming bank wires associated with end of lease
• Maintain databases and spreadsheets monthly
• Work in conjunction with financial partners to streamline the transfer of information and funds for shared accounts
• Review monthly A/R report, collect, and record notes
• Create various reports as needed
• Reconcile various G/L accounts associated with end of lease accounting
• Negotiate end of lease options and requirements with Lessees at end of lease
• Create End of Term Lease Proposal Letters
• Invoice end of lease charges

Qualification and Requirements

Exercise independent judgement and have excellent written and verbal skills.

Be self-motivated with a strong-work ethic

Strong organizational skills

The ability to work on multiple transactions simultaneously

A minimum of 5 years related experience and

Be fluent with technology and the MS Office Suite
