What you'll do:

• Be part of an Innovation team that creates the services and solutions that we go to market with.
• Bring technical expertise to help build, mature, and maintain the technical capabilities required to build and deliver both managed and professional services.
• Bring technical leadership to help create delivery standards, reference architectures, and automation that results in a consistent, efficient, and engaging customer experience.
• Bring, or be ready to become certified in, Azure VMWare Solution,
• Bring a technical viewpoint as we create our services roadmap.
• Develop and test new ideas and concepts in VMWare running in Azure.
• Drive awareness, within delivery team peers, of the Azure VMWare Solution services and delivery standards.
• Conduct delivery and customer focused technical training events around infrastructure, platform as a service, data platform, identity management and security as well as other VMWare and hyperscaler services.
• Stay technically relevant as you take advantage of the opportunities to expand your skills into related and evolving cloud technologies.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Demonstrable experience architecting and implementing VMWare Cloud Foundations solutions.
• Knowledge of well-architected frameworks is a plus.
• AVS experience will be rewarded, but we will also provide an opportunity to learn the Azure integration to VMWare for the right candidate.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience in IT engineering, IT administration, consulting, professional services and/or software engineering.
• Action orientation and ability to drive work to completion.
• Desire to continually learn and expand skillset.
• Enjoyment from working in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for enabling others.
• Excitement to be a change agent.
