All Sogeti Prospective Candidates Must:
Possess a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree from anaccredited institution.
Be a US Citizen or a current permanent resident Green Cardholder. Sponsorship now or in the future is unable to be provided for thisrole.
Be currently residing in the Chicagoland area. Non-localcandidates will NOT be considered as onsite will eventually be required.
Willingness to travel/commute throughout the entire Chicagolandarea possibly including to as Far North as Waukegan, once allowable and safe.
Facilitate the establishment and execution of the roadmapand vision for information delivery and management; including the enterprisedata warehouse, big data, BI & analytics, content management and datamanagement.
Lead data architects and data engineers to architect anddeliver the solutions that fulfill the Business information needs and alignwith the information vision and strategy.
Apply business strategy while driving technology strategy,balancing short term and long term needs to ensure that the architecture canscale and evolve accordingly.
Engage an end-to-end approach by connecting all the piecesof data to deliver the data while leveraging all available assets.
Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization tocarry out major plans and procedures to ensure schedule attainment, productdevelopment process adherence, and performance and budget targets are met.
Take an active role in the performance management processby completing goal setting, interim review, and year-end review on a timelybasis and soliciting ongoing feedback.
Technical Requirements & Specific Experience Needed:
Minimum 10 years of progressive information managementsolutions and end-to-end development life-cycle support and SDLC processes.
Minimum 8 years leading a team including architects,engineers, quality assurance and operations professionals.
Established experience delivering information managementsolutions to large numbers of end users.
Demonstrated understanding of enterprise data warehouse,big data, BI & analytics, content management and data management.
Experience in any of the following areas including; SQLServer, Oracle 11g, MySQL, SQL Data Warehouse Appliance, Oracle Exadata,Netezza, Greenplum, Vertica, Teradata, Aster Data, SAP HANA, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS,Spotfire, Tableau, QlikView, R, Oracle Endeca, Oracle OBIEE, SAP BusinessObjects, SAS and other Analytics Vendors with BI components.
