*Title:* Environmental, Health & Sustainability Manager (EH&S Manager)
*Location:* Deming, NM
*Salary:* $60,000-$70,000
*Requirements:* OSHA, Industrial Hygiene, Hazard Analysis, Environmental Health and Safety, EPA experience

What You Will Be Doing As the Environmental, Health & Sustainability (EH&S) Manager, you will be responsible for managing Environment, Health & Safety for the Deming, NM location. You will ensure a safe and accident-free workplace, as well as the conservation of the environment. You will lead the process to training managers, associates and employees at work sites regarding health and safety practices. You will inspect the organizations facilities to detect existing or potential accident hazards and determine corrective or preventive measures. This position will oversee the investigation of all workplace accidents, perform root cause analysis, and monitor corrective action implementation. You will maintain accident reports required by regulatory agencies and will work with corporate Safety leaders to reduce injuries and lost work time.
What You Need for this Position - 4+ Years in safety, health, environmental management experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Safety Reports/Hazard Analysis experience, database applications, and reporting: SAP-EHS, TREO or equivalent
- OSHA compliance, inspections, incident investigations, audits etc.
- Experience with EPA and other regulatory agencies
- Willingness to train, lead and mentor employees
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent oral and written communication

Nice To Have:
- Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) certifications (CSP, CIH, REM, CPEA, CET)
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance in New Mexico and local surrounding cities
