BGIS is currently seeking an Equipment Coordinator to join the team Remote, US.

The Role

The Equipment Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the integrity of asset data in the EV tracker to facilitate an asset register of all equipment, as well as scheduling & reporting on damaged equipment and activities to support delivery. This position is also responsible for ensuring the engineering team and the construction delivery team are following the correct processes and procedures within the business. This role will be based in our Pompano Beach Florida office supporting the US EV business and reporting directly into the Program Director.

  • Provide technical support, guidance, and advice to BGIS EV delivery teams related to shipping, delivery, operational activities and audits
  • Asset Data cleansing and upload into the construction equipment portal
  • Ensuring planned programmed activities are scheduled and organized to comply with BGIS and Shell safety standards
  • Reporting and analysis of equipment data
  • Assist with asset management system development and implementation
  • Champion innovation and challenging existing methods and approaches
  • Develop process and procedure to support the ongoing development of the Asset Management Framework.
  • Benchmarking Asset performances and determine areas of improvement
  • Maintain the manufactures storage specifications and review on a periodic basis
Skills & Experience
  • Formal tertiary qualifications in Building, Facilities Management, or an Engineering related disciple or has extensive experience in asset management
  • Demonstrated experience working within and understanding of asset management and technical data
  • Experience working within an integrated services model delivering Project Management, is preferred
  • Understanding of engineering concepts
  • Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities
  • Proficient in MS Excel

The salary range for this non-exempt position in the US is $22-28 an hour.

A candidate's salary offer is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, certifications, licenses, and location.
