Hillyard, Inc . is currently taking applications for Equipment Service Coordinator for our Cleaning Equipment Service Team in Mesa, AZ.

We are seeking a professional who will serve in a front-line position, providing our customers the service solutions that help them maintain proper and safe operating cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Enter Service Requests in the Company System
• Record Informational Updates
• Monitor and Manage Service Orders from Creation to Completion
• Answer Questions for Customers and Team Members
• Work With Technicians to Provide Repair Estimates for Customers
• Coordinate with Customers and Technicians to Schedule Repairs
• Collaborate with Team Members to provide solutions
• Continually Communicate Accurate and Timely information with Customers, Service Technicians and Team Members.

Position requirements :

• Experience in a customer-facing environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Ability to interact professionally with all persons
• Experience scheduling services and dispatching is a plus
• Ability to learn to read parts schematics
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to continually reprioritize focus as workload and time constraints change
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening skills.
