Responsibilities

How Will You Contribute to the Company?

We currently seek a Security & Compliance Analyst to join our Information Systems group to help support our continued business growth. The selected candidate will focus their attention on the security and compliance processes of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O at Cradlepoint.

This role requires a deep understanding of audit, security, and compliance policy, processes, and procedures. The analyst will design, implement, and maintain these policies, processes, and procedures at Cradlepoint. This will include day to day security & user administration as well as leading and participating in audits. It also involves interfacing with various departments to support their needs in order to promote efficient and effective utilization of the ERP platform. This role will work cross-functionally and must have excellent communication skills.

What Will You Do?

  • Provide security and compliance guidance both to teammates and users
  • Manage tasks, gather requirements, document, design, and implement D365 application functionality as it relates to user administration and security
  • Develop, document, and implement audit, security, and compliance policy, processes, and procedures
  • Ensure application security and compliance practices are in keeping with Information Systems' policies, procedures, and general controls
  • Collaborate with Information Technology, Information Security, Internal Audit and external auditors as required to develop, document, test, and audit application security and compliance practices

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing users, security configuration, and licensing within D365 F&O
  • Experience using FastPath for user management, security administration, and auditing
  • Deep knowledge of Security and Compliance as it relates to the use of D365 F&O, including, but not limited to, best practices, IFRS/SOX, and PCI compliance
  • Experience with both participating in and leading audits, both internal and external, for security, compliance, and finance
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with all departments
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work in non-structured work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field
