RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, one of the world's largest financial institutions is seeking to hire 3 Erwin Logical & Physical Modeling Data Architects in Jersey City, NJ.Summary:As an Information Architect responsibilities will include data asset registration, logical and physical modeling, data lineage, and data controls validation and certification for applications within Market, Country, Reputation, and Principal Risk.REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of Erwin experience - data modeling strength (psychical & logical modeling & mapping), data authority context, data use cases
- Experience with capturing data, Cataloging data, stores data concepts, data authority, data lineage, data retention, data mapping/traceability, data destruction-process of off-boarding data within regulation of specific market, country, etc.
- Data from the entire firm across the globe, all different requirements, data access
- Rational & HDF-Hierarchical Data Format
- Traditional and relational databases - catalog the data
- Understanding of cloud, team uses AWS and private containerized Cloud
- Strong verbal communication skills, comfortable talking to all team members, developers, stakeholders, bring people together - can speak to data, what is it, why it's there, etc.
- Risk background is a big plus; Someone without risk will struggle
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
