This desktop support role provides crucial end-user support troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving software, hardware, and mobile device issues, supporting campus, remote office, and users working from home. Responsibilities include reimaging computers and laptops, configuring new users, troubleshooting printer issues, and peripherals, and resolving problems with software. You will provide support for Microsoft 365, Windows 10, macOS, and mobile devices, along with hardware and peripherals, and assist with inventory tracking. You will closely collaborate with other IT business units to resolve issues, including the Helpdesk, IT Security, and Networking teams.

A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. You have 2 years of IT-related experience to include desktop support and can demonstrate that you have experience in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Windows. Ideally, you also have experience in MacOS and mobile device support. You have experience supporting technology hardware such as laptops, iPad, mobile devices, and peripherals, and Active Directory experience is advantageous. Ultimately, you are a skilled problem solver, with a strong technology background and Customer Service skills.

The annual gross base salary range is $54,875 -$87,800. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
