Job Description
This position requires an employee to be on-site full time with the ability to work remotely as business needs allow. The selected candidate will be expected to live a commutable distance to the site they are selected for. Relocation will be provided as needed.
For all external applicants, we are targeting a start date on or after January 10th 2022 for this position.

Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of technical IT Support/Trouble Shooting within a business environment
- High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual or difficult
- High level of interpersonal skills used to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of computer software
- Strong knowledgeable of MAC builds (iOS)
- Level 1 and/or 2 helpdesk experience
Competencies/Skills
- Excellent level of analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skills required to build relationships with team members and customers to solve problems and resolve issues
- Demonstrates initiative by reaching beyond work assigned to improve output and/or help others
- Proven ability in project management skills and ability to self manage
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and significantly complex projects and assignments with high level of autonomy and accountability for results.
- Demonstrated ability in use of Microsoft Office software
