Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

Are you a highly motivated and experienced professional passionate about event operations and logistics? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and have a proven track record of success in the field? CoreLogic Insurance Solutions seeks a creative Event Producer to help orchestrate our premier customer and industry conference, INTRConnect (North America) and support the Europe program alongside various internal team conferences. The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with our Marketing Team and the Project Manager across all production facets, ensuring the delivery of remarkable experiences.

The Event Producer will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the event production process. Starting from the initial concept and planning to the on-site execution and post-event evaluation, your key responsibilities will involve strategizing, coordinating, leading, and managing venue and vendor partners and staff, as well as optimizing production. This position requires multitasking, creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to adhere to deadlines without compromising the budget.

Job Requirements

  • Manage all aspects of event production, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Create production timelines and ensure that external vendor teams are keeping to schedule.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables.
  • Participate in internal brainstorming meetings and contribute to creative ideation, particularly representing an on-the-ground perspective.
  • Lead technical and AV crews and act as show producer and show caller/director.
  • Manage budgets of different scales.
  • Research new vendors.
  • Assist with presenter preparation and guidance for successful show execution when needed.
  • Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements.
  • Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts.
  • Domestic and international travel and work across time zones may be required.

Job Qualifications:

  • You have a track record of successfully producing events with strong data analysis and oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detailed, analytical mindset.
  • The role requires a mix of business development and operational experience. Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry. You must be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, be exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners, and think bigger about how we create a compelling experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in the event production industry.
  • Ability to maximize and monitor opportunities for increasing value adds, savings, and cost efficiencies.
  • Ability to pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient way.
  • Have an innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge solutions in the production space.
  • Advanced negotiating, risk management, and contracting skills.
  • Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly.
  • You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and creating plans to find resolutions.
  • Have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
  • Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts.
  • Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required events tasks.
  • Has a high EQ, keeps cool under pressure, and is an inspirational person that others can come to with questions.   • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules. The role requires travel to coordinate and assist with executing or conducting site inspections.

Annual Pay Range:
64,700 - 70,000 USD
