Interventional - The Interventional business unit at Teleflex offers innovative medical devices that are used to diagnose and treat coronary and peripheral vascular diseases. We place a strategic emphasis on complex coronary and peripheral interventions, vascular access, bone access, specialty biologic treatments and cardiac assist. Our current Interventional products include a broad range of clinically relevant solutions, such as our GuideLiner® and Turnpike® Catheters, AC3 Optimus™ Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump and OnControl® Powered Bone Access System. Position Summary

Provide executive-level support to the President and General Manager of the Interventional business unit, and the Interventional leadership team. Manage, write and edit business unit communications, executive calendar management, leadership team meeting and calendar management, email management, functional meeting and event planning, and travel arrangements both domestic and international.

Principal Responsibilities

• You will showcase your world-class relationship skills as you interact with both internal and external stakeholders and exercise your aptitude for strategy as a trusted advisor and administrator to the Interventional Sales, Marketing and Finance teams
• Own calendaring, scheduling and basic correspondence, functional event planning, organizing multi-site meetings, staff meetings, including meeting minutes and preparation of materials
• Email management, communication through writing and editing emails, drafting documents and preparing communications on behalf of the Interventional President or other leadership team members
• Maintain action items for leadership team meetings, ensure deadlines are met and maintain comprehensive and accurate records, documents, and reports
• Act as a liaison between to share information, instructions, and assignments; and follows up on status of assignments to leadership team members or other stakeholders
• Manage domestic and foreign travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, prepare and compile travel vouchers, and maintain all travel records
• Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information, requirements: planning, arranging and meeting schedules, monitoring results
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as invoices, expense reports, and PTO approvals on behalf of the Interventional President
• Create/process documents, spreadsheets and reports by collecting and analyzing information maintaining confidentiality at all times

Education / Experience Requirements

• Secondary education preferred
• A minimum of four years of experience in an administrative capacity required
• Administrative certification such as PACE or CAP preferred

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written)
• Ability to understand the importance of and maintain highly confidential information
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat with an emphasis on Exceland Outlook
• Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks requiring a high degree of attention to detail
• Ability to perform duties with initiative and exercise sound judgment
• Ability to recognize problems, make recommendations and in some cases, independently resolve and implement solutions
