Our client is a rapidly growing biotechnology based in Boston, MA seeking an Executive Assistant. This is a 4-6 week opportunity that has permanent potential for the right candidate. Core hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, and can pay up to 40/hr depending on candidate experience. This role can pay 100k + on the permanent end.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of administrative experience, proven organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with senior executives. Experience within the healthcare, or other fast-paced industry is preferred but is not a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive administrative support to multiple senior level executives.
    • Proactively manage diverse calendars. Respond rapidly and professionally to high volume of scheduling requests and changes.
    • Manage contacts and collaborate with internal and external individuals which may include founders, investors, vendors, partners, or employees.
    • Assist in the development and organization of support materials for meetings and conferences. (e.g. presentation slides, excel files, reports, etc.)
    • Arrange and coordinate travel, accommodations, agendas, and itineraries.
    • Complete expense reports.
  • Assist with various meeting/event planning including but not limited to offsites, all hands, leadership meetings (booking conference rooms, group reservations, catering, and other logistics)
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies. Restock and take inventory as needed.
  • Additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years of related experience
  • Ability to work well with a team, exercising discretion and good judgment in areas of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate professionally with all levels internally and externally.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Well versed in handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
