Indiana University School of Medicine is a national leader in medical research and education. The Indiana Center for Musculoskeletal Health (ICMH) was established at the IU School of Medicine to address the serious need to prevent and treat musculoskeletal disease. The center's mission is to discover and develop new treatments, cures, preventative strategies, diagnostic tools and technologies to address the increasing burden of bone, muscle and cartilage disorders.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced office team member to support the Center Director and Co-Director, along with other faculty/staff in the Indiana Center for Musculoskeletal Health. This role will also serve as a liaison with various schools, departments, and other units across IU campuses including the Graduate Office, IU Purchasing, IU Bursar, for daily Center project coordination.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and four years of related experience; OR two years of college and two years of experience.

Combinations of education and related experience may be considered.

Computer skills using MS office. High level of organization. Strong multi-tasking and interpersonal skills. Strong communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in an academic setting and use of university financial systems.

Working Conditions / Demands

Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without an accommodation.
